Natasha Aronov is Director of Affiliate Marketing for ArrowShade, a division of Pomo One Marketing, where she is responsible for leading product diversification and short-term financial customer acquisition strategies.
Aronov joined ArrowShade from Optima Servicing Group, a lender-focused performance marketing company, where she served as the Director of Business Development. In this role, Aronov successfully managed customer acquisition strategies and diversification initiatives for buyer and sellers in the short-term financial services market. Her contributions led to a period of substantial growth and synergies that resulted in a higher valuation and ultimate acquisition.
Previously, Aronov served as Director of Partner Relations at Leadnomics, a leading technology-driven performance marketing company, where she oversaw lender relations, new business development, diversification and customer acquisition strategy. During her tenure, she successfully launched an internal short-term consumer finance brand to expand reach outside the company’s existing territories, which led to a prestigious INC 500 ranking for the organization. Additionally, Aronov was Senior Client Manager at LeadPile, another INC 500 digital marketing corporation, where she led account development and traffic performance for all internal portfolios. Before joining the short-term finance industry, she held highly visible public relations roles at numerous organizations.
She is also the acting Director of Public Relations for the Celiac Disease Foundation, a nominated position where she contribute her expertise through advocacy, education and research to improve the quality of life for all people affected by gluten-related disorders.Aronov holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Communication and Mass Communications from Arizona State University. She is currently working towards her Master’s in Business Communications and Advocacy.
